Most of the time you need medical care you expect long waiting times and slow response. Not true at Paradigm. They are super efficient and very polite. "Went here to try and find low t treatment as I was paying to much for another clinic, spoke with them on the phone and assured me things would be different when I went in to make an appointment there were staff in the back room that wouldn’t attend to me when I asked can I make an appointment I was greeted with a rude we are very busy and we’re at least 2 weeks out or more. Gladly take my business elsewhere, you can’t even take a consultation with previous labs to at least refill my script? Thanks clearly customer service is very VERY LOW HERE. Do yourself a favor pay the extra 25.00 to feel like your a patient instead of a number! This place shouldn’t be in operation or maybe retrain your employees that clearly have to much on there plate to deal with customers"
"I have never seen the doctor. I don't mind. I only use this place for low-T therapy. Andrew and Felicia are terrific and never fail to spend as much time as I need just answering questions. I asked for clear, direct communications and they both deliver. In my experience, the service is personal and custom. The working crew here is great. All the gals giving shots are super friendly, gentle, and quick. I rarely wait over 5 or 10 minutes even on busy days. I've had some issues with billing and getting phone calls returned, or the rating would be five stars. All issues got resolved, but they were repetitive for a while."
