"They usually always do good. This time not so much. During the nail trim it looks like they trimmed to close because on of his nails is bleeding. Then they forget to message me saying he was ready. I don't know how long he sat in the kennel waiting. My dog isn't a kennel dog I treat him as my child my best friend. I messaged them but no response so I called and they said yes he's been done for awhile and the groomer forgot to notify you. I get back up there to pick him up and I can hear in the back someone kicking or hitting something and I hear don't kick the cages. I'm not sure if I'll return."

"Getting very frustrated with the quality of these cuts. We have been customers for a few years now. We stopped bringing our labradoodle as the prices have become outrageous. We keep bringing our little dog, and today might be the last straw. She’s 20 pounds, and it’s $75 dollars plus a tip. I ask for the second shortest trim, and to do the same on the face/ears and tails. Half the time the tail and such are barely touched. We attached a photo of her paws. How is this worth $75 dollars? The nails never seem to be touched, and it’s like the paws aren’t even trimmed in the slightest. The head always has patchy spots with uneven whiskers all over. We have moved a lot, and been to several groomers in multiple states. All cheaper than this place, with much better quality of cuts. These prices do not even come close to the quality of the cut."

"Paw spa is amazing! I have always been greeted with nothing but kindness by the staff when I go in to drop my pup off. They always talk to me and love on my dog before taking him back for his haircut. The groomers have always taken such wonderful care of my baby and left him looking fantastic! I always feel safe leaving him in their care because they always treat him as if he was their own pup. If you want top quality treatment for your pup and fantastic customer service, I recommend paw spa."
