"This is the best grooming place we have ever found. We have 2 malteses dogs that absolutely love going here! The staff is amazing and does a wonderful job with our babies. They are great at communicating and letting you know if they have any concerns about your baby. I also love that they have multiple drop off times so it fits your schedule and my favorite part is they have a doggy daycare so if you can’t pick your baby up they can spend time out of the kennel at the doggy daycare attached! We drive over 30 min to bring our babies to this groomer and they are so worth it.we have been going here for three years now and so sad we are moving states and won’t be able to bring our girls here anymore."

"I took my little girl here for the first time on Saturday 12/16/23 and the experience was incredible! They were kind and answered all my questions and helped achieve the look I was going for !! When I picked her up she looked so good soft coat and smelled amazing! We will be back and be spreading the word to friends and family. "After being a monthly client for years, we have decided not to return. Update: We have been going here for over a year now. We have a standing appointment every 4 weeks. Our dogs get so excited when they know they are going to the groomer. They document everything they do and we get the same great results every time. Update: We love these groomers! Our dogs are perfect every time. They really listen and try to do everything exactly how you want it. Even better, my dogs are excited to go there! They stand behind their work. Literally, these are the best groomers in town. I took my dogs and my mom's dog to be groomed here for the first time today. They did a fantastic job! Our dogs were not afraid to go in and they're groomed perfectly! Thank you so much for the excellent quality of service. The employees were very nice and friendly! We will definitely be back!"

"I was in a bind because my dog was sprayed by a skunk and my regular groomer couldn’t fit me in to bathe my dog. I stopped by the Diamond Dog Groomer and Spa. I walked in the place and it was buzzing with activity. I was drawn in by the friendly staff. The owner was incredibly helpful and scheduled me for that same day. I saw my vet that day and he asked me to call him if the shampoo worked for my dog. It did and I called him right away to say The Diamond Dog did the job. I will be back. There’s a very warm feeling in this place. Everyone is so nice you don’t want to leave. They offer boarding too so we will definitely be back. Prices were a bit higher (for grooming) than what we are used to, but it’s so worth it! My dog looked and smelled beautiful. Thank you!"

"Miss Blue is a 15 year old, 8 pound Pom. She went here to Diamond Dogs Spa for the first time on November 2nd, 2022. My pastor recommended them as his mother's dog is elderly and is a client here at Diamond Dogs Spa. It was a 7AM appointment, and we were just on time. A cat and 3 dogs were waiting with their respective people. The doors opened, and she was welcomed in. Everyone on staff was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. They asked me what services she needed and gently took her in for her grooming. They treated her (as well as me) respectfully, and when I returned for her, she looked perfect. They had followed my instructions, her fur was expertly cut, her nails were neat, and she seemed very happy. They were a pleasure to deal with, and I was very glad I had brought her here. I felt the price was reasonable. She's a very small, old Pomeranian, with very tiny feet and a double coat of fur. I was very pleased with how good she looked, and am looking forward to bringing her back again. I'd definitely recommend Diamond Dogs Spa. They were courteous, kind, and professional group of people. I felt that Miss Blue was treated with love and respect, not just as a customer. I was so pleased with how good she looked that I took a series of pictures and shot video to send to people before we even left the parking lot. The photo with her on the blanket was after we returned home. Upon arriving home while I was walking her, someone stopped their car to comment on how she looked just like a little bear. She does. It's a great cut for her. I asked them to leave it slightly longer because of winter arriving soon. Diamond Dogs Spa did a phenomenal job on her fur, and she seemed very comfortable with everyone there. I included some before pictures to show how fluffy her hair gets for contrast. AndrewJohn"
