"Used to be a pretty great place to find decently priced clothes. When they switched new owners the prices sky rocketed. Used pair of women's carharrts with holes in the butt for 15 less than new? Basic t shirts from target marked at 10 to 15. 18 dollars for a very used vans shirt?"

"I don't know what happened to that place I used to go all the time, and they would give me great money for my clothes. And now they'd barely buy anything. New owner, They're gonna give me $10 on a $100 pair of black Nike. 's the staff is very rude and I'm just done with going there,. The staff before was very great and they knew what styles were in and actually bought clothes.I've never seen a colored person work there meaning black."

"I give this particular store location absolutely 0 stars, if I could give negative stars, then I def would but I can't so here's my NEGATIVE review!! I honestly can't stand selling to this place. I'm not sure if they're rejecting clothes based solely off of the style or simply because there's that "one" person in there who thinks their style is the only thing in... The reason I say that is because if I go there on the weekends, almost ALWAYS it'll be rejected! I'll bring the same few items back on the weekdays, it'll be accepted. I be bringing in new items and some even with tags and they reject it. I've asked what items are you buying and they tell me crossbody bags and I would bring some the next few days, rejected! I'd take the same items elsewhere and make the sale. I also have my own store online and my items would sell easily but sometimes, I'd want to be able to sell and get money quick, but I realized their workers there are extremely picky and quite obviously, they don't understand style to say the least or else they would have better reviews and whoever their quality control person is most likely the reason they're NOT making good business along with their overprices. Sadly, I will never ever step back into this place no matter what even if it's the closest thrift shop to my house!!!!"

"Amazing service when I had went to the Platos in Taylorsville. They were able to make an amazing offer with the clothes I had brought in and recommended I come back in often if I have any other clothes. Workers were amazing and kind, and I understood the whole process entirely. Didn’t take as long as I expected which was nice and will definitely be choosing Platos to buy and sell more often. Only took about 30mins-1hr to look through 5 bags which is highly reasonable and time efficient. Highly satisfied, thank you so much!"
