"Absolutely terrible customer service and they don’t have Saturday as an excuse. I came her on a weekday and the girl working seemed so annoyed to even have a customer. Figured it was just a bad day so when we needed new shoes (just ballet pink canvas) decided to try again and went back a different day, since they are close. The girl couldn’t even bother to say “I’ll be with you in a minute” another girl in the office also couldn’t be bothered. After 20 min of no one even saying a word to us we left and drove to Utah Dance Center in Sandy and got what we needed. Even my 9 year old could tell the difference between the way we were treated at the two different places."

The lady on duty when we went was extremely knowledgeable and quickly got us what we needed, while also helping a ballerina find the perfect fit for new toe shoes (demonstrating a clear knowledge on how to get a perfect fit). The prices were reasonable too. A good experience all round."
