"The store is clean and inviting. The staff is very nice helpful. They often have cheaper deals than online. And if there's a pair of shoes you want that are not available in store in your size or just not in the store (only online), they will order them for you with free shipping to be sent directly to your house. I got mine pretty fast. I didn't give a full 5 stars because I found that some of the shoes are excluded from coupons, and that can be frustrating."
