"I just read some of the one star reviews and it’s makes me sad so I want to share my experience. I have loved going to value vault. I have been going since they were up in Ogden and I have loved their deals. I mainly go for the bigger items which are great prices compared to retail. All of the workers have been so friendly to me and even check back with me when I go in again to let me know an item I was looking for came in. Thanks value vault for being my go to for great deals!"
"I just stopped in for the first time & I liked it. The store is old but I thought it was pretty organized. I like the kids clothes. I was able to score some good deals. Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. The cashier was nice & had me check the receipt on the tablet before even paying. I'll definitely be back."
"Went for the first time last weekend and it was like walking into a junkyard, that has the audacity to charge for it! Besides the Vault being “valued” at what can only be described as TRASH…so, is the trash working the cashier! I mean…just read the most recent reviews about those idiots, ringing people up! They are stone faced dummies that don’t have the decency to provide customer service let alone, the lack of communication because they’ve been plucked from God knows where so, it causes a huge language barrier! I posted a comment on their Instagram account, in hopes that the “upbeat” owner, would take in constructive criticism, like a smart business owner would. Maybe even make simple business moves such as, replacing the front “beings” to actual human beings, with feelings, a heart and at least half a brain! But, instead..they delete the entire post so, nobody can see my comment and just like the review below mine…they justify their stupid cashiers by using the “human mistake” excuse, when sure!…. Actual human beings, do make “human mistakes” which usually are made once, especially when it comes to a job setting! But, clearly they’ve been making NOT “human mistakes” because you have to be one first…but rather, one dishonest action after another! I mean, whether you can speak a lick of English or not…everyone who’s anyone, can give body language, facial expressions or even positive vibes. But, these cashiers are giving absolutely nothing! The owner is all bubbly with his big teeth and his corny humor, making it seem like, he is all fun and caring! But, it’s all FAKE and all about cheap labor plus increased revenue! Don’t just take my word for it folks!…. check out the other reviews and their 3.3 star status which pretty much sums it all up!"
"Do not bother calling the phone number listed on Google. Also watch how they ring everything up, especially on the $2 bin days and $1 bins days. The lady at the front always ringing stuff up for more than the bin price. Saying we took items off the shelves which indeed were wheeled out in bins. Yesterday my order came to $227 and in fact she rang half my items up wrong, and would not contact a manager for me, and she kept talking in Spanish. Hello this is America, and if you work in public please speak both languages, and not just in Spanish disrespectful. My order should of been $170 plus tax. WOW! Great store to steal money from customers. Will be calling my bank and calling the city to report this business."
"This store is a treasure trove of great deals that you can’t find anywhere else! The management and employees are enthusiastic and friendly, and it’s clear that everyone works hard to make sure customers have a great experience. However, I noticed that the line staffs are usually standing for long periods of time without any breaks. As someone who has been in that situation before, I know how tiring it can be. I highly recommend that the management provide chairs that the staff can comfortably sit on and rest their backs when there are no customers or tasks to accomplish. Prioritizing the well-being of employees will ensure that the store continues to provide excellent service to its customers. Thank you for considering my suggestion!"
