"I had a wonderful experience at this store, everyone was so kind and so helpful. They made me feel very welcome and confident!"

"While I like the aesthetic here, the prices are high and I don’t think worth it. But I really like the stuff so I was going to be back. What changed my mind is that this past weekend, my daughter and I were here and the cashier was crazy pushy. We tried on two dresses that my daughter didn’t love, but liked. When we were openly considering she said, “well it’s ONLY $10.” Making the other associate and I uncomfortable and quickly putting the dresses back. Then when checking out and entering my phone #, she says, hit the green button. Which accepts marketing instead of denies it instead of just giving me the freedom to choose. I read the screen instead of taking her word for it, and hit the red button. After providing my phone #, I declined giving my email, and she visibly huffed and said annoyed… “it’s JUST going to give you promos it’s not a big deal”. I told her I said no and she was clearly rolling her eyes inside. Very bothered body language. My daughter and I walked out and looked at each other agape, swearing we’d never come back. I’m all for confident girlies doing their job, but being pushy and rude is not that."
