"If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Back in 2021 I purchased some shorts and Fabletics charged me twice for them. It was such a hassle to get them to credit it back to me I decided to cancel my account. A couple weeks ago I wanted to resign up. I mad a new account, an order, and then received an email my order was canceled. When I called to see why my order was canceled, they told me my account was deactivated because I had disputed a charge back in 2021 which means I can never have an account with them again. So because I disputed a charge from when they charged me twice, I can never have an account with them again. Don't waste your time or money."

"This Fabletics at the city creek center is pretty good. They have a great selection of exercise clothing for men and women. The store is neat and tidy and is well decorated. The employees were very helpful and kind. If I recall correctly the store is located on the bottom floor. Our visit here was very pleasant."

"I was skeptical about the Men's shorts but gave them a try and they exceeded my expectations in performance, design, and appearance. Though, what prompted me to come back and review was my experience with employees. I had 2 exchanges to do and both Beth C and Kaylee H helped me out on different occasions and were kind, friendly, and helpful in my requests - will be back."

"Absolutely not worth the hassle. My roommates purchased items from here, and it seemed worth it to me so I ordered some shorts and shirts. After waiting over 2 weeks, well longer than what it was supposed to take to get there, without any updates, I checked my order online and found out it had been canceled. No notice, no heads up, just canceled. After calling in I was told (I'm pretty sure at least, I could barely hear the representative over the multiple dogs barking the entire call) that they couldn't complete the order but that they would escalate it and I would hear back within 2 business days. So I wait 5 days, nothing. I call back in and it said it would be a less than 10 minute wait before I'm able to speak with someone. I followed the instructions to keep my spot in the queue so they would call out to me, and waited. After over an hour of waiting, I decided it wasn't worth it and called back in. Again I was told a 10 minute wait, and finally after almost 30 mins was able to speak with someone, and was told that my account should now be working and I can place my order. Surprise, its still not working, giving me the same error that I've been seeing every time I've tried to check on my account. I again was told that it will get escalated and take 2 more days, and then I'll be able to make my order. All in all, it's been so much effort just to get a few things, filled with horrible communication on their part, being lied to about how long it would take to talk to someone/get things fixed, and frustration. I was hopeful at the start to get good workout gear at a promising price, but in the end my advice is save yourself a lot of time and effort and order somewhere else."
