"I have never been treated so poorly by a physician in my life. I had surgery with my doctor earlier who told me she would call in a prescription for me. When we went to pick up my prescription, the pharmacy had no record of it. It was after my doctor’s clinic hours, so I had to use the on-call line. Dr. Gray was the one who called me. While I appreciate her calling me back within 30 minutes, I had such a poor experience in the 60 seconds I spent with her on the phone. She was EXTREMELY condescending, dismissing and sounded annoyed that she had to speak with me. When I answered the phone I asked her if she had been informed as to why I requested a call to which she replied in an annoyed tone, “Nope.” I explained that I had surgery earlier that day and my doctor had called in a prescription that never made it through to Walgreen’s. She then confirmed what kind of surgery I had and said that I shouldn’t be in any pain at all, that I wouldn’t need anything called in and that I should just try taking Tylenol. I informed her I didn’t even know what my doctor called in and wondered if it was possibly an antibiotic. She said she had no idea and then dismissed me. At the end of the call, I was in tears. It’s very interesting that a doctor that 1. Did not know anything about my case 2. Knows nothing about my health history and 3. Has never met me can so easily gaslight me and discredit the real pain I am feeling or the fear of possible infection I might develop. She did not offer to even speak with my surgeon to find out what’s going on. Poor healthcare and ridiculously awful patient care. Dr. Gray, don’t offer to take call if you’re going to disrespect suffering people and not take 60 seconds of your precious time (that you’re well compensated for) to listen to a patient that is scared and needed an answer."
"I'm removing a more positive post I made previously, as the care I've received in the past year has been so subpar. I had a medically necessary appointment scheduled for January 2023 that I rescheduled due to a lack of childcare, at which time I was told Dr. Gray could not see me until September 2023 (9 months later). I am an established patient. Since then I've been contacted by her office to say she now cannot see me until APRIL 2024. That would be 27 months since my last appointment. I have been on the phone with her office numerous times; most recently I asked to be seen by another physician in her practice and was told they'd need to "ask if she was okay with that." It has been 11 business days since that phone call. Dr. Gray is not offering adequate medical care at this point, and I do not recommend seeking her care."
"She seemed very short and hateful. She didn’t explain anything to me, this is my first child but she is acting like I should know what is going on. I had a medical issue and she had absolute no compassion whatsoever. I also had a request to remain as modest as possible and was basically laughed at. I switched OBGYN’s and am much happier now. After reading reviews here and other places, I wonder if it is because I am overweight? She seems to treat her overweight patients differently. The office and facility are very nice but that is all that’s nice."
"Dr. Gray has been my Doctor for a very long time.....20 plus years.....she is always so easy to talk to and even though she was out of town, when I gave birth to my daughter, she reassured me I was going to be in the best of care with the other Doctors on staff, and she was right! She is the BEST!"
"Dr Gray is absolutely amazing! She was with me through the problems, all they way until after my first born. And when I walked in 6 weeks later for my check up, she said she couldn't believe I didn't bring that baby with me! She remembers her patients. She is over an hour drive away from me and I will keep going regardless. The new staff remembered my name as well, most the time I didn't even sign in, they told me they would get me checked in. I would recommend her to anyone without any hesitation."
