"Suggesting a more customer-friendly tipping process, it would be great if tips were requested post-cooking and enjoying our pizza. A convenient solution could involve providing an option to input our email or phone number for the receipt and allowing us to add a tip within the subsequent email or text. The current trend of requesting tips before the pizza is even prepared has become a bit overwhelming, especially when the final product is unknown. For transparency, I recently paid over $20 for a pizza that I hadn't seen yet, and this experience has made me reconsider tipping practices. I appreciate tipping in certain contexts, like DoorDash/Uber Eats or when served by a waiter at a restaurant. However, for pizza prepping scenarios, I'd prefer the option to evaluate the service quality before deciding on a tip. Sending a review and tip request a few hours after the purchase, once the pizza has been cooked and enjoyed, would be more conducive to a positive tipping experience. Otherwise, this approach may lead to a reluctance to tip in the future."

"Jonah at the 21st south location, saved my family night, also the other female staff member who was there. Those two went above and beyond to help feed family in from out of town. I raced over there cause they were closing in 5 minutes. Jonah knew I had broken some laws to get there. He initially told me that they were closed but after hearing my story he sold me an order they had made that no one ever picked up. I wanted to tip them 10 bucks bit all that was allowed on card is 2 dollars. So I'm writing this in hopes of them 2 getting a raise cause they deserve it! Love your pizza!!"

"This place is awesome! Papa Murphy's is always amazing and yummy, and I don't know how they do it here, but it just tastes even better than normal. They are all super kind, and they also have a drive thru for mobile orders only, but still... That's awesome!!! I moved but still make the drive here even though its a little farther of a drive. Keep up the great work, and keep being kind! You're all awesome!"

"I stopped by today (first time at this location). The guy working was friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and there was almost no wait time. In and out in about 5 min or less. I wanted to split a pizza with two very different kinds of pizza (different starting with the sauce) and he made an almost perfect line dividing the two sides.Both sides were delish and enjoyed by children and adults alike. Highly recommend this location!"
