"I am honestly obsessed with Taco Bell. But tonight was the second time that my beefy melt burrito came without any beef. Both times were from the drive-thru. I also asked for a light amount of chipotle sauce in my other burrito, but it was drenched. I'm never given a receipt so I can't compare to see if it was marked wrong or just made wrong. Not gonna lie, I'm still obsessed with Taco Bell though. I'm just going to have to start just eating inside instead so I can get issues like this fixed."

"The worst Taco Bell, I feel embarrassed and at the same time so upset because you plan your lunch time to and you think about what are you craving for the Day so you put your favorite chain over others and you get so disappointed, The atmosphere in this restaurant is combative and unwillingness to help you or No customer service in mind, they don’t want to be bothered so much so that they completely covered up their register, sad!! This taco bell is empty at lunch time sad just took a picture of it, is the result of the culture in this store and it comes from the top down, don’t bother the manager because she is ready to tell you off, don’t care what you need or your challenges in life And will not let you speak, Vicky. The good thing is that there is a Toco truck across and is very good and clean and the guy was super helpful and nice. If you run this store, clean house your sales wii improve substantially, it doesn’t get worse than an empty dining room in a store that is located between to mayor interstates!! I80 and I15. Sad. Not recommend"

"I have been frequently going to this Taco Bell 2 to 3 times a week for over 4 years now. I'm a uber driver. Always I've been very kind to staff. Tonight I Was given no receipt, not told the price, order items not confirmed, not told what I was paying or I would have not done it. $15 for when $7-8 is expensive to me is not good at all. I called, I nicely brought up the issue and was hung up on!! For a formerly loyal and often customer, not cool at all!"
