Buffalo Wild Wings

"First off I've never had to get a wrist band at a restaurant to get served alcohol. I thought that's was a little weird. My brother and I walked in at a normal dinner time of 6pm and got seated. We were the 8th and 9th people in this entire restaurant. After watching a couple waitresses just sit there and gossip for over 20 minutes without anyone even coming up to get our drinks we walked out. Don't come here. It was a massive waste of time."

"Very poor service, ordered 5 of three different flavors. The original hot had barely any buffalo sauce on it and I asked for them to be remade. Server told me that the manager said they couldn’t remake them and gave me a buffalo dipping sauce. When you’re charging an arm and a leg for some mediocre wings you should at least be willing to remake them when they turn out subpar. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to say anything or try and rectify the situation when there was barely anyone in there on a Wednesday night."

"Bad experience all around. Our waiter was very rude. Everyones wings were luke warm or cold. We ordered fries and told them when they brought it out we were missing them. They never brought them to us. It took the waiter 20 minutes (after all our other food was finished) to see us trying to get her attention and then another five to bring them out. She brought us a small handful of fries when we paid $6 for a large. We complained and ten minutes later finally got our large fries. She couldn’t make eye contact or apologize or ask how our experience was. But we saw her do so with other tables."

"My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day was ruined. Everything was bad: the food, the wait time… I honestly don’t understand how this place is so popular: the wings were 80% breading, 20% “chicken”. We tried eight different sauces and each one was more disgusting than the last. This place made me sad. It was so bad that I don’t ever want to go back to this or ANY other chicken wings restaurant again! :("
