"Slowest drive thru ever. Its location hurts its drive thru process as well. Maybe there’s also a staffing issue? Would be better off relocating elsewhere. Not exactly feasible or cheap I know, but others should be warned this is not a fast drive thru location. Quite unfortunate because they have the best tasting spicy chicken sando out of all the other chikfila in the salt lake valley. Don’t know what they’re doing but keep it up"

"Was pretty disappointed with both visits I had to this location. I came here yesterday for a chicken sandwich. I never go out to eat due to the cost but I had some errands to run and was all out of snacks before getting home. I ordered ahead to pickup around 5 minutes before my ETA. When I arrived, the only warm part of my sandwich was the chicken. The cheese was still totally cold and so was the bun. In fact, the bun itself looked and felt undercooked. You can see in the photo the bun is very light in color compared to normal. When I opened my bag, I had a promotional deal for a free chicken biscuit entree for today (Wednesday). Despite the disappointing meal, I woke up early before driving to work to go pick one up, hoping it would sweeten the experience for me. When I arrived, I told them I had the promotional card and said all I wanted was the spicy chicken biscuit. But I was told I had to order something (a drink, hashbrowns, etc) in order to get the deal. I got some hashbrowns thinking I hadn’t read the promotional deal fully, but when I pulled it out again after purchasing, I confirmed that nowhere on the paper does it say there’s a purchase required to get the deal. I double checked and read the fine print at the bottom to confirm, and there’s nothing. I left feeling tricked and disappointed instead of excited about a free entree and a delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly but I think management here needs to adjust their marketing to be less misleading to customers."

"Went here 2/13 for a quick dinner. They put two coupons in our bag for free chick mini breakfast 4 pc for Valentine's day. 2/14, My hubs dropped me off at work and went to redeem coupons and bring me one of them. They would not honor the coupons and made him buy food to honor the coupons.. the coupons said it was a free Valentine's breakfast and we didn't have to buy anything.. $20 later he got the free chicken minis. And the vanilla iced coffee my husband ordered..tastes like $H!T!! And wasn't iced. If you give us coupons only valid at your store, for one day only.. HONOR THEM!!! shame..we won't be back!!"

"Location is great. Just off I 80. Nearby Sugarhouse Commons. Inside was very clean. Staff were friendly and after ordering, they bring your order. Holiday decor ✨️. We thought the food was good. I highly recommend this location."
