"I savored the flavor n texture of chicken pot pie and a rootbeer freeze. Background music was courteously turned down when I said I'm hard of hearing while paying for my meal. While I was eating, a very unkempt street person paced around inside the restaurant n stood over me where I sat alone. That was extremely uncomfortable."

"I went ther at 7pm the girl that took my oder preceeded to do what ever she wanted. Ignore me and did not add my coupon. Later said she doesn't now how to put the coupon. When it seem that what she did not want was to take my order because she help just fine the white man behind me. Do better kfc Trainingyour employees better."

"I shop at this location quite frequently. And never have I ever been treated with such disregard and disrespect in all the time I've ever shopped here. For one on this day about 10 minutes ago, whoever the drive-in person was she was rude, she didn't ask me anything about my order she just assumed that what I wanted was what was available. I ordered a four-piece and she didn't even ask me whether I wanted crispy or original she just gave me some tired and dried food. Say so long to your good rating"

"A employee Synceerj at the drive thru needs to be professional. She’ll forcefully hand out the credit card pad for you to insert your card with her long nails. She’s in the wrong industry if she’s allowed by a restaurant to have long nails and is against food handling rules. Imagine the unsanitary condition under those nails???? Management needs to ensure its staff at the location is in compliance. Reporting to health dept"

"I sat at the intercom for 5 min without anyone taking my order. I then went to the window and waited for 15 more minutes...the person in the picture completely ignored me and pretended to clean. I left without food."
