"I don’t always leave 5 star reviews, but this one is well earned. Pros: ~The decorations, music, and overall atmosphere were amazing. We were in love with this place before we even got the food (though the food definitely did not disappoint) ~We got the Kabul nighttime combo so we could try a bit of several things. The food came out picture perfect and tasted even better. I just can’t say enough about it. Go try it. ~They make their naan in a clay oven and honestly, their garlic naan was the best I’ve had. It was soft and chewy but still crisp around the edges. Not everyone may like their naan the way I like mine, but that was an eleven out of ten naan. ~their service was AMAZING. Even as they got busier (we were there during dinner time) they were still polite and friendly and nice. They also never skipped a beat cleaning off our table and filling up our water glasses."
"Finally got to try Afghan Kitchen after having it saved for a couple of years on Google Maps. It was definitely a great option for dinner! (I wouldn’t say it was “worth the wait” but it was solid). The atmosphere is cool inside, with traditional decor and music. There’s plenty of seating. We went on a Saturday. We had the Kabuli Night sharing platter and it came with a few different meats and rice and eggplant and also beef dumplings. We also got the garlic naan separately. Everything was as expected. I can’t say any one thing blew me away but it was all very good and definitely something to try for people looking to try Afghan cuisine."
"Highly recommend you try this place! We were the only two people in the place around 2pm. The food was top-notch and ridiculously delicious. The lamb fell off the bone and had just the right amount of seasoning. The eggplant and rice was the best I've ever had and the garlic naan was fluffy and yummy. Don't pass this place up!"
"Great food! Definitely recommend. All the dishes are excellent with great flavor. Will be back to try more things on the menu for sure."
"This was my first time eating middle eastern food and what an excellent choice for dinner! Meeting the owner, Wally, and getting a personal recommendation was the best. The food was amazing! The textures, flavors and seasonings were right on! What a treat to have this place so close! I’ll be here often now that I’ve found this little gem of a restaurant!"
