"Looks like things are getting even cheaper!!! More money, less product. Bought a pizza, bread sticks and sauce. Got a half a container of sauce. Went back in and they asked what the problem was? I showed them the sauce and they said that is how much you get now. I mentioned things are getting cheaper now? They responded, I guess so. It is sad how poor customer service is these days!"
"I have been to this Little Caesars for years. The gal taking our order hardlyspoke English let alone understood so needless to say our order was wrong. Deep dish pepperoni and sausage and instead I got two 1 pepperoni deep dish and one sausage deep dish not what I ordered. when I talk to the manager she talked to her general manager in Spanish. And would not explain anything I did get a coupon for a deep dish of the kind I want. But I do not eat pizza that often. And they didn't seem to care that my order was wrong. After half an hour of explaining over and over. I don't care if you speak another language but I speak English please explain it to me in that"

"I haven't had lil Cs in forever but I just saw them and craved a meat lovers. I didn't know what pricing was like and thought, damn more than I thought. The manager added a coupon for me, not sure why I didn't ask, but I didn't and I just really appreciate that consideration. Twn minutes for a pizza isn't bad people. It's a different restaurant and they look like they push for online orders anyway, so waiting for food ain't any issue for. Pizza was good too. Got burnt out years ago, but this was good thin crust pep says and bacon. It's really thin which I love. Lots of toppings imo."
