"terrible experience. The person at the counter today provides horrible service, and is very rude. I was happy because the previous nights I didn't see it, I thought they had changed it but the nightmare started again today when they provided the service (if you can call it that) horrible unlike other places, too bad that only one employee gives it the reputation of an establishment."

"A surprisingly cozy store. The food was good, but poorly made. The service was good, but not great. The music being played in the lobby combined with the cozy esthetic made for an enjoyable experience."

"Ordered a crunchwrap supreme hoping it would be bomb, and their was literally a paper thin layer of beef, lots of parts had no beef at all, if I were to scoop it all off it probably would've been less than a tablespoon. Safe to say that's my last time going there."

"Whoever is in charge of the drive-through should be given a lesson on customer service. I just left because they couldn’t manage to talk to me in a kind way and spoke to me like I was an idiot the menu had changed so I asked if they still had a certain item and he told me we haven’t had those in years and I said well I was in here last week and I bought some, and then he proceeded to talk down to me as though I am mentally unaware of what I ordered last week from that very Taco Bell location so if you own this particular restaurant you should consider someone else for your drive-through. Maybe someone who can talk to people with politeness and tell them I’ll drive to Centeeville to get my Taco Bell."
