"I’d never tried your food before, but I saw an add in Facebook that made me wanna try a plate. What I got was disappointing: the meats were good; however the rice was super soft, wet and with no flavor. The salad I ordered didn’t look like the picture you have online. In the other hand, you made me select like 5 sauce kinds, but I just got one. Sorry but I didn’t like it at all and I wouldn’t go back."

"Sad to say, I had a frustrating poor experience. Always a fan of these guys in the past but the service on Black Friday was bad. Just a little attention to customer service could have made a bad experience good. Ordered take out and when I showed up they barely said hi and pointed me my order. I asked about the sauce I ordered for teriyaki chicken and they said it was in the bag. I wasn't familiar with how it would be packaged in bag and didn't open up the family style containers to check. And when I got home to open our holiday meal it was missing. Been to other local Hawaiian and the friendly customer service stood out. Maybe it was just this location but don't know I'll be coming back."

"Heard great things about this place, wanted to give it a try. Pelihu chicken was really salty and dry. Teriyaki chicken was okay taste wise but was barely even warm. The rice was a bit dry and hard, we got white and brown rice. The macaroni salad however was delicious. That was the best thing there."

"These guys serve very generous portions. My wife and I split a mini plate and it was plenty of food for us - we’re not big eaters. We had the teriyaki chicken and dry rub steak. I would both were excellent. We would definitely go back. It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly."
