"I always love Betos. They have the best breakfast burritos and horchata. The service is great, the only issue I ever have is I don’t speak Spanish so sometimes it’s hard to communicate but I’ve never gotten a wrong order from it just a little extra time clarifying. The carne Asada fries are also delicious and a go to for me!"

"My experience here was unprofessional and not a great way to start the day, I wish it was handled better but doesn't seem to be anyone there who can calmly help me. I ordered a sausage egg, potato and cheese burrito and all I got was potatoes. When I called back they said bring a receipt and when I got there I was met with rude and loud rebuddle I had to have the burrito to give back to them through the window and I left it at home figuring it's against health code and now since no one there is helping me to get a refund or the burrito I ordered I am posting this long complaint."
