"Probably the best tacos I have had. I liked their Barria tacos the best. Also had their Fish and Michoacan tacos which were also excellent. Get their Consome to dip your tacos in. Definitely worth the wait!"

"The food was delicious. The wait staff was very nice and kind. I do feel like the amount of food for the price is a bit off sided. The sides of rice and beans are quite tiny when compared to what one generally pictures when they visit Mexican restaurants. It’s kind of a double edged sword. It’s tough when the food is so good but you don’t get a filling amount for the money spent. That said I definitely would return and recommend this place to others."

"We tried Del Barrio for the first time and were not disappointed! The tacos were amazing. The tostadas were huge and really good. Homemade chips and salsa. Cozy atmosphere and amazing food. If you haven't tried it yet, do yourself a favor and go there for your next meal out."

"This is my go-to for tacos. It's amazing... I have never had a bad meal here. There Chilli Verde is some of the best I've ever had ... I always get a side order for the chips and salsa. Now to the Tacos, the cheese pastor is my favorite, but all of there Tacos are great. Be careful after about a week you will start having withdrawals.... so try at your own risk. But if you tell to many people about this place the wait is going to get out of control or they will have to open a second restaurant. LOVE IT..."

"4.5. What a great find for us in SLC! Unexpectedly delicious. The cheesy al pastor tacos reminded me of eating the tacos at Orinoco in Mexico City. Amazing. Of the tacos, here is the order of best flavor from our group opinion: 1- Al pastor 2- Shrimp 3- Carne Asada The nacho plate with chile verde is delicious and we were pleasantly surprised by the mango enmoladas. For the appetizer, get the chile verde and chorizo queso fundido. I think the chips and salsa should be complimentary. And even paid, it’s the thing we all liked least. Need a new salsa. The service was excellent. Really impressed by the owners’ niece who helped us. Very attentive to our table. One of our new favorite Mexican restaurants along the Wasatch Front. It’s not La Casa Del Tamal in West Valley, but if that is the measuring stick as SLC’s 5-Star Mexican Restaurant, then Del Barrio is a 4.5."
