"I’m a new mom and new to the area. While I was unboxing, I realized I missed my appointment Tuesday and called immediately after realizing (1 hr after apt). I had never missed an appointment in my life, but with being a new mom and moving it slipped. I called 3 times that day and left a voicemail. My calls were not returned or answered. I called Wednesday twice, my calls and voicemails were not returned or answered, same thing Thursday. Monday I tried a couple more times and finally got someone on the phone that told me I was now unable to see Dr. Cryer and Dr Easton for missing my apt. They didn’t send a reminder, they didn’t ask why I missed, just instantly blacklisted me from the whole practice. I was scheduled to see Dr. Cryer."
