"Called to make an appointment they told to bring necessary paperwork and made the appointment - I called 3 xs to by automatic system to come in - Got their 45 mins early which was yesterday- they gave me paper work scanned in stuff - then I hear I get rid of her - The MA from what I think was the MA - before I finished my paperwork - this MA comes over to call me back She didn't introduce herself was rude and said step here Then said hold out your arm for blood pressure then said I got to take you blood sugar Then ask me my meds then ask me what I was their for - which was what I made the appt for Then she she said we are not a care now and motioned to the door to leave So the voice I heard was her -- I do not recommend this doctor's office to anybody"
"Dr. Rachel Kerns was so sweet, knowledgeable and accommodating. The staff was friendly and attentive, I was able to be seen as soon as I came in for my appointment. The facility was clean and smelled fresh, rooms are well kept too. I would recommend coming here 100%. They accept Healthy Texas Women’s insurance as well. It was worth it and I am so glad I came."
"This clinic uses and abuses their few patients they have left They seem to want me to come in every 6 weeks to see their nurse practitioner to tell me if the prescription I'm taking is the correct milligram That's it I can't afford that . I don't have the time for that nor do I have the patience for their front desk reception is to talk to me like she did just then Good luck You're going down for a reason You're losing your patients for a reason"
