"Its a hit and miss at this hospital some of the staff are vary polite and professional some are rude and some dont give each patient with the exact illness the same treatment my boss who is younger then i got the flu first he went in and received antibiotics Incase he developed an infection from the flu. I came in the next day same thing but i have kidneys that are prone to infection and i was severely dehydrated my kidneys were in massive pain i got no labs to check for infection and no ua to see if my kidneys are ok. Just gave me medicine at the hospital a swab and xray. I got sent home with nothing just papers. For a primary i dont have. Why does one who has no medical insurance like me receive better treatment then i did. Why not atleast equal treatment, i have underlying heath conditions he dont ! Im not paying for that kind of service fix it. I came back and asked to talk to the doctor about my treatment and was told i have to be admitted again for it to talk to the doctor ridiculous. Pay hundreds to get what he should have prescribed in the first place let alone labs. I have a severely underactive thyroid so my metabolism is vary slow, that makes it harder to recover. Especially without my medication"

"If I could give this hospital zero stars then I promise you I would..I was brought to the ER back in September by EMT's And was treated like I was a drug addict and labeled with intentional overdose and then at one point they labeled me with accidental overdose. As soon as I was released from the ER I went and saw my family doctor the next day who said that I had had a adverse reaction to my medication and he immediately took me off of it. The whole time I was there in the ER There were EMT's nurses, and others standing around my room looking in and gawking at me and whispering about me.I had never been so embarrassed in all my life. And thats not all come to find out a really close friend of mine took her aging mother to TMC ER and Someone in the ER that wasnt paying any attention to detail checked marked that her mother was dead! And she's just as alive as you and me! So, as a result of that mishap that poor old woman has lost her SSI, Medicare, and other benefits that she supposed to be entitled to and her daughter is trying to get everything straightened out. Do not go to this hospital go somewhere else UPDATE: As of TODAY 12/14/2023 no one from TMC has acknowledged that my reciew which they know that the facts that I have reported here to be true. Please if you care about your loved ones take them to Baylor Scott and White in McKinney Tx or to Wilson and Jones in Sherman Txse!"

"The emergency staff is great, however the rest of the hospital leaves a lot to be desired, we are currently in the emergency room and they are waiting for the other part of the hospital to get beds for people before they can see others. This has been a 3 hour wait as of this posting. If you have a choice go somewhere else. Update another hour still waiting but we are finally in a room. No sign of any doctor, no one can say anything about how long it might be. Staff doesn't have a clue, don't come to this place run the other way they don't care here. My wife fixed her problem herself. And we left. Run from this place"
