"I had a perfect experience here. Front office was professional and courteous. Appointments always on time. It was my first mammogram and my tech put me at ease. She was efficient, quickly helped me position, and was gentle with a good personality. Prompt communication of results and schedule of follow ups. All physicians had great bedside manner. I had a biopsy and was treated kindly, had great education about the procedure before we started, and felt I was in great hands. I recommend them to all my friends now."

"The first time I went to TMC, the person who took my x-rays did a poor job and I was asked to come back for an ultrasound. They scared the mess out of me implying that they saw something. When I got there, they wanted to do another Mammogram first, "it is our policy" on top of the Ultrasound and charged me for both saying it would go towards my deductible. IDC if it is going to my deductible, I don't usually meet my deductible because I'm pretty healthy. They found NOTHING. I decided not to go back there because I thought it was bad business. Well.... fast forward several years and they are the only game in town now, so I gave them another try. Well.... guess what. Same thing happened. except now they say they will only do the US if it is found to be needed. They want to redo the mammogram though and so what this tells me is they did another poor job and charging my insurance for it, yet again. I refuse to give them another go. This is the reason healthcare/insurance rates are so high. I hate to have to drive to McKinney, but I’m not supporting this."

"I arrived early checked in and the waiting area was packed. I had a short wait and then had my bone density test. Overall my wait time was reasonable."

"I arrived for my appointment, checked in and sat down in the waiting room. immediately, for no apparent reason, My nose started bleeding. I went to the window and asked for a bathroom…it was a few feet away on the other side of the door... I was met with a box of tissues and an ice pack. Talk about above and beyond! Everyone was extremely nice. I would like to give a big Thank you to the check in ladies and the nurse on staff. I really appreciated the care and concern for my well being."

They are some of the nicest people I have met and that is the best thing whenever you are in a situation you are scared something could be wrong or just being able to trust someone with you when you are your most vulnerable. You want someone kind & gentle. I wasn't worried when I had to take my daughter in here because I knew she would feel comfortable as well."
