"I placed a mobile order in the app, and when I arrived the drive-thru was full (to be expected, honestly). But I was able to procure my order and was on my way home in maybe 10 minutes. The food was as tasty as ever, and the customer service was great!"

"I'm always missing something I always get parked and today I was told no happy meals at 10:28am now I'm waiting 10 min to receive that food and all my kids wanted was this for parents lunch day with kids at school now I'm late and my kindergarten won't get to eat food because of this idiotic rule at McDonald's"

"This McDonald's and the one in Vegas in the strip next to circus circus are the worst McDonald's I've ever been too which is sort of impressive that a little one in west valley can be as truly awful as one on the strip that part times as a homeless shelter. Are you awful at customer service? Do you struggle at reading simple instructions? You should apply here! You'll fit right in."

"I am not a fan of writing negative reviews, but everyone needs to be aware of the fact that they’ll close for literally no reason at night whenever they feel like it. I work nights at my job and the time I’ve been to this location, I did a mobile order and my card was charged and I got in line. 20 minutes later the car in front of me pulls forward after being told to order at the first window. When I get to the speaker, I am told “we’re closed”. And I mention that you let the guy in front of me order, and that I had a mobile order. Again the guy said “we’re closed”. I then ask him to refund my order. He then tells me to pull forward and leave. I politely asked him to cancel my order and give me my money back. He said “pull forward or I’m calling the police”. I then pulled forward. Called the customer support number the next day and they said they can’t help me. I ended up doing a chargeback with my credit card company and fortunately that was honored after I told them what happened. So moral of the story, update your hours on Google to show the actual hours, and to everyone else, avoid this location at all costs."
