"I came in for lunch on Tuesday and had the most wonderful experience! My sandwich was prepared by a beautiful young lady named Mandy and she was a true " sandwich artist" ! She truly took the time to understand just how I like it. Then I was lucky enough to be met at the register by a great guy named Jeremy. He was super friendly! The 2 of them absolutely made my day !!! Thanks so much and keep up the good work."

"Ordered 4 sandwiches today. They were the worst sandwiches. I have ever received there. No one greeted us when we came in. There was chaos going on behind the counter equipment hitting the floor food was okay tasting, but only halfway made. Very, very, very disappointed, ask to speak to a manager. The lady that did check us out said. There was not a manager there. I can certainly understand why keep your managers in the store"
