"Be warned this location is hit or miss. You can get a five star experience every now and then which gives you hope, but then experiences like today that make you never want to go back. The workers this time could not be bothered with listening to the order, and did exactly the opposite of what you ask for. (For example, more noodles and less rice to them means load that sucker up with rice and give you a few noodles on top). Oh and it's a common occurrence for them to say, "no one here knows how to cook more..." If you ask for a side of noodles on a good day you can get a full container, days like today they give you enough to cover the bottom and no more. The lack of consistency in quality and service here is terrible. Your best bet is ordering one item so you can watch them through the whole process and correct as they go, but don't risk ordering for a family of 4 or more, because you'll be lucky if even one order is correct."

"Not sure why I keep attempting to go to this one. It gets worse and worse. I love cup bop but this location needs help. Quality of food is not good. Staff is very inexperienced, and needs more supervision. Most of the time time fryer is down so you can't get what you want or they over fry it to almost burning.. Corp should go secret shopping there to see how to make it better."

"The guy was super nice and helpful, but the line was really really dirty, the floor was super sticky and the girl had her long hair down and was actually getting in the food she was trying to prepare. Did I mention how dirty the line was? The glass and counter had sauce and food all over it. The guy was good and changed his gloves, but the girl didn’t."
