Del Taco

"You need to hire people who can actually do their job and speak English.The lady at the drive through read back my order right before I paid and it was still wrong. I ordered a meal with two jumbo shrimp tacos, the a single jumbo shrimp taco and a battered fish taco. And we're missing fries and a shrimp taco. If I was given a receipt I would've went back but she forgot that too. It was an older Mexican lady that should definitely not be on drive-through or in the restaurant at all."

"Those fish tacos were great, same with the churros! There's this sauce that came in a little 2oz cup, I'm not sure what that spicy pink stuff was, but it came with whatever my brother ordered and it tasted like joy on the tacos too. Quick, kind service. 10/10 Would recommend."

"Don't know the gentleman's name who helped me this morning at 5 am, but I can tell you I had exceptional service. You can tell when somebody cares about their job and cares about the product that they put out. I certainly hope this company understands that employees like this are hard to find. I pray that this particular del Taco acknowledges their employees with strong work ethic."

"I was there around 11:40pm so it was night shift. I pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for a good minute before I had to get his attention through the mic. As I was ordering the employee taking my order had an attitude already, saying “k” after everything I say. When we pulled up he gave me a small drink when I ordered a large, I told him and he gave me attitude and gestured his hand to give him the drink and didn’t say anything. Watching him make our order he had no gloves on touching everything from the counters, the shake maker, the tablet, etc. He then gets one of the containers for the fries and sticks his whole hand in there and I was just disgusted. As he finishes our order he sets it aside by the window instead of giving it us. If that wasn’t enough, he also got our order wrong giving us Birria tacos instead of the cheesecake bites that we ordered. I don’t know if he had a long day or just making his job harder but there was no reason for all that attitude and pettiness. He was a tall, light skinned, middle eastern man, with brown facial hair, and brown hair. Please do better"

"Had fast and friendly service. They forgot my quesdilla but luckily they fixed that pretty quickly. But it's almost as if they didn't use even half the ingredients that they used to use from before. The burritos used to be pretty thick, now they look like they're a lot smaller. Still have the best fried though."
