"I have never been able to order a shake or ice cream from this mcdonald’s, every single time I order one they tell me the machine is broken. This has gotten way to ridiculous and at this point you should definitely stop advertising you sell ice cream products when in reality you don’t. Definitely starting to become false advertising, which is illegal."

"12:20 AM Tuesday morning my cousin and I showed up to pick up our online order. When we arrived the employee (an older man) was yelling at a doordasher so loud we could hear him all the way on the other side. Then he gets to us and says "whatchu want?" My cousin said she had an online order for Bryn and he tells us that he doesn't have the order because the system was down in the most round about way possible and then tells us to come to the window. We pulled up to the first window and he yells at us to come to the second window saying "I don't have my head out here for nothing" we pull up and say we have a code and that we already paid. He told us that nothing is coming through yet and my cousin asked "what should we do then?" And he said "wait until it's back up and running in about thirty minutes" which is fine but what happened next is really the reason I'm writing this. He proceeded to try to pressure us into playing dice and cash apping him money to play and when my cousin said no (multiple times) he said "look at those tattoos i know you got money to play" she asked him again what her options were and he said "you aint starving i can tell you that much, you might be hungry but you ain't starving" insinuating she was fat. Which made her leave crying not wanting to eat anymore. If I were the manager here I certainly wouldn't put up with this and would have that man fired. Customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I will be calling for a manager in the morning."

"Honestly I’ve been going to this location for some time (years) and am just leaving a review now. Truly because the lady with shoulder length black hair working tonight was absolutely awesome and deserves a raise. She was the cashier at window one and handed me the food without any wait at window two, while taking another persons order. My fries were packed full as well so all around just a 5 star experience. Please give her a raise and pass along my regards!"

"Door dash nightmare. We pulled up to the drive in because it was 12am they made us wait 10 minutes before telling us to go to the lobby (no big deal) all the doors are locked so we go through the drive thru again and they ignore us and go out for a smoke we pull over to them (leaning against the building smoking and showing way to much affection for work and tell us the lobby is open (they ran and unlocked the door after seeing us pull around again)"

"I’m really sorry I have to post this, but I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. As I patiently waited for my DoorDash order, I couldn't help but notice a worker who was dressed in pajamas, Crocs, and a sleeveless shirt handling food. What shocked me even more was witnessing this employee reach into his pants and scratch his bottom not once, but twice. Additionally, he repeatedly scratched his unruly hair, and I never saw him wash his hands during the entire time he was handling people's food. On top of that, he kept getting his phone out every few minutes. This lack of basic hygiene and professionalism is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against ordering from this location until this issue is resolved. Ps. Sorry to put you on blast man but that’s just disgusting."
