"I called twice to find out how much my service was going to cost. I was told $850 when calling for a quote and $650 when I scheduled my appointment. However, when I arrived, I was charged $1400. I drove out of my way because of the price quoted. So frustrated!"

"This facility is very nice and new. The tech who did my MRI (Dec 2022) was professional and kind. My problem is with their untrained front desk staff and their parent company. Their front desk staff told me at the time of my MRI that they weren't in network with any insurance but would submit to my insurance once they did. Well, that never happened. I never received any billing notices until months later this random company (their parent company) I'd never heard of started calling me. I explained the insurance situation and they said there was nothing they could do. I did my own research and came to the same conclusion. Reluctantly, I set up a payment plan. Somehow, the payments I was making went to the wrong account in their system, so I continued to get calls from them claiming I wasn't making payments. I spoke with them 2-3 more times to locate my payments in their system and get them routed to my account. I never received any email communications from them, just voicemails. For some reason, my payments randomly stopped in August, and now they've sent my bill to collections. Keep in mind I received ZERO communications from them about this. If I could give zero stars, I would. They've been absolute hell to work with and so disorganized."
