"I wish I had read the reviews before staying. The room itself was beautiful, but it was not clean. There was splattered coffee on the nightstand with used hair elastics, hair in the shower, used floss pick in the bathroom, and food in the microwave. Also, there was a nightclub right outside the window and thumping music until 2am. There was also a homeless man screaming outside our window until 5:30am. While the room was beautiful and the location was walkable to all of our destinations, I will not book again."

"Be careful. I booked three nights for $150/nt , booking confirmation didn't show the rate and post-stay my bill was for $190/nt and they responded the rates "fluctuate based on demand". Strongly recommend staying at Fairfield right around the corner. You'll get amenities 21.5 doesn't have for the same or less."

"Stayed a couple nights over the weekend, was there to see a concert at the iconic Cains ballroom, which was only a short 5 minute walk away! The room was clean, and very quaint, exposed brick walls, comfy bed. I stayed in room 3-6 which was on the third floor NE corner. It had a great view towards the East of the park and the new Bob Dylan & Woody Guthrie museums. Lots of great restaurants & bars all within walking distance. Owner of the Hotel was quick to reply with answers to all my questions. Only “negatives”? The street life down below can be a little loud late at night on weekends and there’s no elevator. I highly recommend this Hotel and will hopefully be back soon!"
