"I was actually surprised this time around. I had been here several years ago and it was pretty run-down dirty and trashy. However this time around they must have gotten new owners because it was cleaned up there weren't any crackheads running around and I wasn't afraid to get in the shower without first bleaching it. Still in need of some updates but for the money it's definitely worth it and I would stay here again."

"This place had a decent price, but you get what you pay for. The rooms were dated and bathroom was dirty. There was literally 2 large dead roaches in the middle of the white tile floor in the main room (very visible), which leads me to believe the room had been sprayed and not cleaned after. Perhaps it was this discovery that made me feel like there were bugs in the bed. The box spring was still in the plastic bag it came in and the mattress also seemed new. The TV was from the 90s and every channel of the basic cable suffered from stripes and static. The room (#14) came with a smelly mini fridge and a microwave. The single serve coffeemaker was welcomed although there was only one packet of coffee with two cups? The way the coffee and condiments were stored in a sandwich container felt unprofessional and was probably due to the bugs. Overall it was a bed to sleep in at a lower price, but I'm glad I checked the room first before my girlfriend entered."
