"The rooms are creative but IHG's Indigo brand went too far in its mission to match design with the location's history. Form over function. No lamp shades? I get the 1920s vintage glamor rough and ready oil field roughneck theme they're going for, but blaring light hurting your customers' eyes might not have been the best choice for getting creative. Maybe go for some creative lamp shades. Rooms are on the cramped side but nice. The well appointed bathrooms make up for it. The location is terrific. Step outside and there are tons of options within a block. The staff is great: friendly, accommodating, competent. Recommend."
"Great place to stay! Everything was wonderful and staff treated us so well.Huge thank you to Kenny at the front desk for being so amazing to us. We had to stay an extra night than we planned and he was so great and extra helpful to us .The whole staff the whole stay was great as well. Awesome location."
"Booked this hotel for Sunday March 17,2024. Upon arrival I found the streets to be blocked off for St. Patrick’s day. The hotel parking lot was not accessible; even if it was, I didn’t want to leave my vehicle in the middle of a block party with thousands of drunks. The hotel gave no advance notice during booking or prior to arrival. Hotel Indigo refused to give me a refund; the desk clerk even laughed about it. Hotel Indigo is an amazing chain, but this experience is less than acceptable. If you look below you will see a response. The hotel says I was not charged, yet I have an emailed receipt showing I was. The hotel Indigo’s response is not true and unacceptable."
"This hotel was amazing and really was a nice hotel. Only down side was really no parking unless valet.. You can park on the street, which is what I did. There is no paid parking on the street on the weekends, so it worked out. The room was really spacious, very comfortable. This place has 2 bars and a restaurant. The sky bar up top is really nice."
"Not only was the food here amazing but the manager Crystal literally walked me to my car at night to get my phone charger to make sure I was safe. Please note that this area seems safe, o was just by myself and have watched too many cops episodes. She was amazing, my bartender was amazing and the chef was amazing. Was here for a funeral and they were all awesome"
