"Sadly, this is due to the service from 1 worker! There is younger server/hostess that is always on point and every time we have gotten the pleasure of going when she was working, our experience was GREAT & we have loved getting on the trips to this establishment ! ( this post isn’t regarding her at all) The last 3 times, our server throws the menus down, leaves without even taking a drink order, comes back to the table with old, greasy chips for the complimentary appetizer, still doesn’t take a drink order, then after about 10 mins, she then comes and takes your drink order, leaves, returns 5 mins later with the drinks and then wants to take your order. If it was a busy time of day, I could be understanding, but with only 2 tables and a total of 4 people consisting of the 2 tables. Not that it matters to them, but they’ve lost a faithful customer that’s been with them from jump! I’ll make sure the server is working that actually appreciates my business before spending money with this establishment in the future"

"Chef Angel has become our regular “jam” for mouth watering Mexican food in Sherman. Now that we’ve been here a dozen+ times we know is consistently awesome. We have many favorites but for your first time I recommend you try the Fajitas - you will not be let down. Kaylee is our usual server and she remembers our preferences and is always so nice to us. The Chefs name is actually Victor (his kids name is Angel and he knows what is UP). We are huge fans of Chef Angel Mi Restaurante and will be coming back for years!!"

"Ordered my food from door dash. Food overall was good. The Cheese Chile relleno was delicious. Just wished it would’ve been cooked a little longer. Got it covered in queso instead of red sauce. The asada Gordita was good. The pork one was not the best. The taste of the pork just seemed off to me. But overall, food was good. I would go back and sit in person so I could experience it first hand. They messed up on my order so it took longer to get but the ladies were super nice and apologized for the wait."

"Carne Asada is amazing. It comes on a bed of nopal(cactus). Black bean dip is the best I have tried, and the salsa is fantastic!"
