"I am extremely tired of this McDonald’s customer service. I think whoever is in the kitchen needs to learn to read. This isn’t the first time. This happens every single time. I know it’s fast food and the employees don’t care. But you could at least make what’s on the ticket. It’s what you’re paid for. If anyone has the number for the owner of this store please share. They either have no idea what’s going on and don’t check their reviews or are just naïve. This store has 3.2 stars and I bet in a month it’ll be down to 3. This store needs help badly. I am a food service manager so i’d love to come teach your managers about customer service and accuracy because apparently the only thing that makes them managers at this store is the embroidered “manager” on their shirt. Listen to the people. Fix the problems."

"I always use and pay through the app. My order has only been once and that was because someone cut in line. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. The workers are very courteous and helpful."

"It’s interesting how everytime I visit this location there is a problem. I order extra onions and receive no onions. I only order fries and they are soggy and taste dead. The guy at the window when i visit is kind but the manager helped me the past two visits and was very uninterested in doing anything at all. This location is not very old so it is very disheartening to see it be one of the worst in the area. I’m excited for more restaurants to open nearby this location so I can choose any of them over this McDonald’s."

"General Manager Glenda oversees the distribution of soggy freshly ordered bacon, egg & cheese biscuits. She kindly offers to remake them at your travel expense instead of having decent ones delivered/swapped. Yes, one biscuit was made with less than a full bun. They did a good job of eliminating my appetite for my order."
