"They are always ignoring customers when in the lobby. It takes 10 plus minutes to get someone that has looked at you waiting there to ask if they can get you anything, most of the front ladies stand around and talk instead of helping"
"They had a hard time getting our order together but didn't have a problem charging us for the missing food. We had to pull over to the side and go in to get the rest of our food."
"We were in the area for the day, so we called ahead and found out they have the Bagel Breakfast Sandwich. We came in and it wasn't on the self-order screens. Glenda was super friendly and helpful to make sure we got our order. Their location had just barely gotten them back in the store and they wernt even on the menu yet, so no surprise, not all the staff was certain on how to make them correctly. We heard the staff talking to also make sure they were making them the right way. This trip to McDs was so much different and pleasant compared to almost every experience we have whenever we goto or UberEats order from North Arlington locations. This locations morning staff and especially Glenda deserve big Kudos and many thanks for operating a clean store with smiles and great customer service."
"I placed an online order around 4:30pm 2/12/2024 for a ten piece nuggets, large fries, McChicken, and a medium coke. With two sweet and sour sauce. I waited a while for my order and I'm on with that because it's normally fresh that way. When the gentleman came to my car he wasn't the least but friends, and was moving fairly slow. My fries and nuggets were cold,and my coke has no ice at all. My sauces were also missing. I generally experience slow service here but today the whole experience was just enough to go somewhere else."
"We went through the drive through and the people were nice but slow. We ordered ice cream cones and the machine wasn't broken, but it took 10 minutes to get them out because they forgot about us. Other than that the food was a good temperature and delicious!"
