Chili's Grill & Bar 2809 North Highway 75, Sherman, TX 75090

"My daughter is a single mom of a toddler and an infant. She took her kids out to eat at Chili's in Sherman(which they go here quite often). The toddler started acting up, as sometimes toddlers do when they arent having a great day. My daughter was getting the baby up and fixing to take her toddler to the bathroom to get her to calm down. That is when she heard Spencer "The manager" say someone shut that kid up! She turned around and asked "What did you just say?" He would not answer her or even say anything back. This was so disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I get people don't want to hear children being loud, crying or whatever. It does happen sometimes and she was trying to handle the situation. You could've done your job by going over to the table and maybe talking to her or even finding something that could have kept her entertained. Instead you chose to make a disgusting rude comment. I'm so glad I wasn't there Spencer and you should be glad as well! You deserve to be fired from this job if a crying toddler causes you to act this way!"

"I had to ask twice for a refill. And the table next to us seemed to be getting treated better. They never asked for refills and got some before they even finished drinking their drink. I'm not saying that all the service is bad, but just this time when we went, it wasn't even that crowded, the waitress we had just wasn't paying us as much attention as others. I'm not saying she was bad, just distracted with helping the bigger tables first. Also, the only thing I expect from wait staff is to refill my drink. I could care less if they ask me how my food is or anything like that. Just keep my drink full. I will flag you down if I need something from you or if my food isn't good."

"This place was a absolute let down we went after church. We waited to be seated, and then we got a waitress that wasn’t attentive. We got one refill throughout the whole entire Meal. Then the food that I ordered was really tough and disgusting. The waitress was more focused on a bigger table that she had instead of on us, or any other table oh, the only time she was attentive to us, was whenever it came to paying the bill!! I would not recommend this place to anybody. It has been a while since we came, and it will be a while again."
