Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Wichita Falls Northwest

"This is my second stay at this location. It is very rare to have a Hotel Manager, genuinely smile and show concern for my comfort. I frequent hotels for work and pleasure. I am Titanium Elite with Marriott, and higher levels at other hotel chains as well. The A.M. Manager did not know my member status because my work booked this stay through a third party, so no special treatment based on member status. The A.M. Manager is the best. She accomodated me, seemingly effortlessly, but I know she made a huge effort in making me comfortable during my stay. I have stayed at three locations in Wichita Falls, TX in the past two months. If you have a choice to stay at Fairfield Inn in Wichita Falls, this is the place!! The rooms are updated and clean. The parking lot gets full, but is ample. The staff is friendly. Hot coffee is available early. The morning complementary breakfast area and bar is neat and clean. Did I mention the staff is friendly?!"

"Great hotel. Great service and everyone is so polite! Has a pool and gym and is right off the highway so very easy to come and go. The rooms are nice and have comfy beds (which seems hard to come by for this price), nice bathrooms, very clean, and big TVs but they do have volume limiters on them so for me it’s very hard to hear when the air conditioner is on. Also no limiters on the air conditioner so you can have it as cool as you like and it works very well! It is right off the highway so one side you hear that noise (slight highway noise on the other side) and the other has a train and houses so not bad for me as I’m a deep sleeper but you can hear the train during the day. So if you are a super light sleeper this may not be the hotel for you but they do provide ear plugs. Overall I really like this hotel and would stay again."

"The location is great, right off the highway. The front desk was absolutely wonderful! Was given lots of recommendations on places to eat, farmers markets in town. Close to Sheppard Air Force Base. A few minutes drive from Kemp Blvd, which has TONS of great restaurants to enjoy. We had a back room away from highway, was quiet, very clean. Morning breakfast area and food, large selections of food and drinks."

"Very impressed!! Driving through with the family and we needed an overnight stay. Super clean rooms, friendly hotel staff and a very delightful free breakfast. Lots of options. Very pleased. Oh and a nice little refreshed gym as well. Would highly recommend."

"We were super tired- driving for hours and hours… picked this hotel thank God! Super nice staff had us checked in fast (I don’t know her name but the manager was also present) then we were invited to a small appreciation cocktails and tacos. The food wasn’t that great- just because it was frozen.. but the lady was so so nice! And she mage the breakfast and she did a great job!"
