"They were terrible. I am a first time customer and received an my very expensive order that had two incorrect items. Due to the items being imprinted with school information, even though the sizes were wrong, and their sizing chart is off, they told me they couldn’t help me and the most they could do was “investigate.” No refund or exchanges. I will never use them again. I do not recommend."

"I had personally placed an order and paid for some customized basketball bags for this season back on October 28th and towards the end of November I had called, emailed, texted and more to get any information or update on how the bags were coming along.. I was then told different stories each time I asked for any update on our bags up until December 17th when I sent a message stating that our season was ending in three weeks and I would like a refund since the bags were not even at the facility to be embroider by what I was told on the update before, so since December 17th when I sent that text about a refund, emailed the manager, called the business and etc., I am still to this day waiting on my refund that is being pushed to the back burner each and everyday. WORST first time experience ever with this place and I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get your money back and I still haven't because it is getting looked into, customer service doesn't help any situation and does not return your calls back as they say they will, the manager's over this company are NOT helpful through this frustrating process either and I will never recommend BSN to anyone. I have been dealing with this whole ordeal for three months now and still to this day, no luck. RIDICULOUS!"

"I ordered my sons letter jacket the summer before his junior year. I wanted him to be able to wear it for two years before graduating. The jacket came with the wrong color for the lettering. It is yellow/gold and our school colors are red, black and white. I spoke to the rep Joshua Salamy and he assured me they would fix it. I have emailed or talked to him on the phone 4 or 5 times and each time have been told I would be receiving a new letter jacket. My son is almost halfway through his senior year and we still don’t have the corrected letter jacket. These jackets are not cheap.I’m giving one star because the letter jacket is nice but doesn’t look right all black with Red accents and yellow/gold lettering. Very disappointed with the customer (run around) service I’ve been given."
