"Can't recommend this place enough. I came in after a running injury and with their in-house running assessment they found that I have total arch collapse and over pronation in my gait. The gentleman who did the assessment was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. I wish I could remember his name, he was tall and had curly hair and was so enthusiastic. He taught me all about gait and form! Then he passed me to Kim and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so knowledgeable and educated me on the how's and whys people need different shoes based on their gait and foot structure. For me, I need a stability shoe, so she recommended and helped me try on many different pairs, she was so patient and helpful. We were on a quest to find my "glass slipper" - my perfect fit - and we certainly did. I walked out with new shoes and insoles. I'm so excited to get back out there after my injury!!"

"I recently went in for the first time. It was a Sunday so they were very busy but I was still fitted and taken great care of. Thank you all for the help and time! The only thing that I noticed was during the personalized fitting process they make you run walk etc barefoot. Then they place you on the pad that senses your foot shape, size, arch and everything. But the pad you step on was incredibly nasty. I could see many foot marks, dirt, grease, and whatever was on all the people’s feet who used it before me. I didn’t want to be difficult and ask for it to be cleaned but I think it should have been because it really grossed me out. A simple spray with alcohol or cleaner and a rag takes 5 seconds in between each costumer or when needed. If the machine can’t take all that moisture then providing customers with a wet wipe to remove the dirt on their feet would be nice as well. My experience was still good just wanted to point that since it’s a high traffic area for bacteria."

"Red Coyote always gives me excellent recommendations. I've been in a few times. I stopped in two weeks ago wanting to try a new running shoe. Even though they were super busy, the associate (his name was Collin I think?) took great care in assisting me and I never felt rushed. He was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations tailored to my needs and history. I've put 50 miles on my new Brooks Glycerin 21 and Superfeet insoles since then.
