"I have run in 78 half marathons, and I like to get some of my running stuff here! The only recommendation is to have a separate line for people who are not returning anything. I had a $$$ Christmas gift card. I feel like it is ridiculous to have only a line for all of the shopping. I am a loyal shopper."

"It took OVER AN HOUR for me to get cleats for my son. And NO it wasn’t because it was busy. I put in a request and waited 15 minutes with nothing, I had to approach the associate and ask where the shoe was. His response - if it’s been 15 minutes they probably don’t have it and directed me to replace the request for cleats at the kiosk. I requested 4 pairs of cleats to avoid this problem again. The associate knew I was waiting the first time for cleats and he failed to inform me it was out of stock; knew I was waiting for my 2nd request and I’m assuming clocked out ??? He was helping other customers for 10 minutes and then disappeared. Waited an additional 10 minutes thinking maybe he was in the back. Nowhere to be found. I had to find another associate who FINALLY brought me 1 pair of cleats. They didn’t fit, requested another pair. Took 10 more minutes and they didn’t bring me the left shoe. Had to ask the associate for the other shoe and told me to go find it on the display. THE SHOE WAS NOT ON DISPLAY. Had to ASK AGAIN took another 10 minutes to get the left shoe. Your only job here is to find shoes and bring them to customers ????? Ridiculous"

"worker with attitude told us to use the kiosk after I asked them if they had a certain size, and took 20 mins to give me the shoes. then I immediately knew they were too small, and had to use the kiosk again. the worker just stood by us instead of going to get the shoes, so it took another 20 mins to get the second pair. worst customer service I have had from here, and I don’t suggest the kiosk either, unless ur planing to spend the night."
