"It was obvious today when my partner and I shopped at this particular goodwill, the cashier didn't want to be there doing their job. Rude and Impatient demeanor, didn't say a word to us or even look us in the eye. Literally threw our change onto and across the table -leaving us to pick the coins up individually. Immature and outrageous customer service. Shelves also barren. Hope this girl gets fired, this behavior is unacceptable."
"Yes I was there picking up some food today. When I checked out, my oklahoma unemployment card said "INCEFECINT FUNDS" it was super busy both lines 3 carts back each, I was super embarrassed and I have worked at a DG over 20 years ago so I can relate to the cashiers when slammed with customers backed up like that OR SO I THOUGHT not wanting to delay the line any more than needed by taking an item off at a time until it worked. I quickly apologized to the clerk and moved my cart out the way so she could help the gentleman buying 4 items of valentines behind me. I figured I'd just use my phone to check the balance and ask my husband who was waiting in the car with my brother in law by the way if he could cover the amount needed since my bags were still in the cart upfront. And just want to make this clear. I DID NOT STEAL ANYTHING, GIVE THEM ANY REASON TO SUSPECT ME( OTHER THAN MY UNEMPLOYMENT CARD BEING INCEFECINT) NOR DID THE ALARM GO OFF ON MY WAY OUT. As I was half way through the parking lot I heard a lady yelling. I turned around and it was one of the cashiers telling me "DO NOT COME BACK TO THE STORE" stunned and even more embarrassed that the cashier felt it was important enough to stop checking out any customers to yell at me. I w have never been more embarrassed and racially profiled in my entire 40 years of life. I will be talking to Corporate about this."
"One of the workers accused me and my boyfriend of stealing they’ve accused us of stealing twice why would I steal from them and then complained about my sisters kids looking at the toys saying “you better not mess up my store” they are three and four"
