Dr. Sadie Hlavenka is a dentist located at 1110 Walnut Drive West in Ardmore, Oklahoma, United States. She is a proud graduate of Ardmore High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. Dr. Hlavenka chose to pursue a career in dentistry after a childhood accident damaged two of her permanent teeth.
