"Stay far away from this insurance company! by far the worst insurance company we’ve dealt with. First of all they accused my fiancé of being at fault when he wasn’t even in the car at the time of the accident. It is now over a month and my fiancé got a call from Brandon saying they “ lost” the paper that we got notarized for them to be able to get the title for our totaled car, how do you lose a paper is beyond me. second we’re still waiting from December 29th for the check to arrive at the bank so they can pay the remaining of our car loan which has gone up a bit because of the interest rate. Do yourself a favor save your self from the headache and look else where for an insurance company! Horrible service would give it a 0 if possible"

"Disgusting business practices. If you are a small business STAY AWAY. Sure the initial payment starts out nice, but then comes the audits, and the non sense that you don’t need but INSIST you pay for. They try to give you coverage for things you don’t even need. Then you go and try and cancel they continue to charge don’t refund and make you jump through hoops to cancel. I’ve filed a BBB complaint and sent emails to their corporate offices in hopes for a resolution."
