"Arrived as pizza entered the oven. Sauce was flooding the pizza. It was so overwhelming we had to bake it further after removing some. The crust was doughy, which was funny since the entire order was cold. This establishment USED to serve great pizza. I don't see my family using them again for a while, if ever."

"We have had pizza delivered from Pizza Hut in Sherman for years and they used their own drivers and never had a problem. We order pizza today and was told it would be here by 6:20. At 6:20 I get a text they are going to have Doordash delivery the pizza and it shows up 40 minutes later than supposed to cold. Really disappointing. No more pizza hut for us anymore."
