Dr Long & his staff were extremely nice, helping and patient with my daughter. She had such a great experience even with her dilation. We found her glasses right away which were greatly priced and affordable. Her appointment took place on Saturday and her glasses were ready on Monday morning, WOW!! We love this office because it's close to home and the doctor was so patient and awesome as the staff. "Front office was nice, Dr Jeff was amazing! Women helping with glasses adjustment were less than kind, and consoling as my 8yo was having a hard time deciding on his glasses. First time wearing them, he was uneasy. They rushed us and were rude. This could use work. Dr was great though. Very informative, kind, and helpful with my son having a hard time."
