It is slightly pricey when you add in clothes and accessories, but joining the membership turns points into certificates and birthdays earn more... so joining helps offset the sounds, scents, or trinkets you choose for your new friend. Each friend is filled with a wish and bringing them to life is part of the fun. You can bring in any build a bear and have them restuffed as well, so they really can last a lifetime."

"I used to dream of coming in as a kid and getting a bear but we never had the time. Now that I'm an adult with a child we made time to go in and get one! The bears and other creatures all seem to all have really good quality. They range from 12-35 if I remember correctly. We got 2 on a Christmas Gift deal that made them half price. The stuffing person (can't remember their name) was super sweet and patient with us and had our baby do all the little activities with the heart and she had a blast! The baby was giggling and laughing the whole time. The person gave us step by step instructions for everything and was super helpful. Thank you for making our experience so welcoming, nice and easy. Will be back for future kiddos! Oh yes we even got the little certificates for the bears! It was so cute."
