"Only two people in the store at check out and at least three workers in sight. Employee was going to get the last item that we needed for tomorrow off of the mannequin and called someone else who told her no and first wanted to order it online and then wanted to send me across town instead. You may want to revisit what shopping locally and good customer service actually means."

"As soon as I walked in there was 2 employee standing there just talking must be important because they didn’t stop to greet me or my boyfriend. We continue walking and walked right by another employee and made eye contact still no word so we went to the baby section and there was a fourth employee there and still nothing. It’s amazing how the whole time I was there not employee 1, 2, 3 or 4 said a single word to us. The customer service here is a joke good thing I wasn’t a secret shopper! Definitely not visiting this location again."
"The low-level associates are kind, although the manager of this store (as of Nov '17) is very inconsiderate. Don't shop here if you aren't 100% confident in the quality of Gap's clothes (I'm like 70%) and you know you won't need to return anything. I bought two polo shirts from Gap, one was great, the other had a defective collar (verified by another associate), and yet the manager had no interest in helping correct this issue. I hope this manager finds a job she enjoys with customers she likes."
