"Edit: since my review I have had occasion to go back to both I was pleasantly surprised, particularly with the location on 31st. While it is not drysdales by any stretch of the imagination, the employees working we're very courteous and as helpful as they could be. Sadly I think we are done with the days where sales, at least in the context of retail, is a learned skill that requires knowledge of products, etc. Instead the company wants us to know the specs on what we are looking for. Like automated checkout, the sales person is being turned into a clerk. Sad days indeed."

"We took our son in to find some work boots today. We were immediately greeted by Lillian and asked if we could be helped. We showed her a pic from the Boot Barn website to show her the style he was looking for, and she took us right to them. It turns out that those particular boots weren't exactly the right fit, but she helped him find the perfect pair. She was very sweet and extremely knowledgeable! We will absolutely be back!"
